OTHER CONDITIONS:

– supplement in a double room for 1 person in season + 80%, in off season + 50%.
– supplement for 3 adults in the room -5% of the standard price
– children who use bed and food -30%.
– children who use only a bed -70%.
– children up to 5 years free (without hotel services) in case of stay with a minimum of 2 adults.
– city tax is not included in the price of accommodation.
– agency commission by agreement of 5-10%.
– for groups discount (by agreement).
– for all reservations it is necessary to pay an advance of 40%.

– in case of non-appearance of the guest or cancellation of the reservation for less than 50 days before arrival at the hotel, the hotel retains the total amount of the advance. In case of cancellation up to 50 days before arrival, the hotel retains 20% of the advance payment, the rest of the advance is refunded.

– on all payments related to the hotel and subject to bank commission or some other commission must be paid in total, including commission on your charge, because the hotel does NOT bear the bank costs and money transfer costs.
